What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) 4.0.2+portage-4.0.2

Expected behaviour:

There are several Organisation dropdowns throughout the app (the Create Account section of the homepage, the plans/new path, and the 'invitation link' path.
The dropdown should be "independently scrollable."

Actual behaviour:

The dropdown lists all of the organisations, but rather than the dropdown, the page itself gets scrolled.

Steps to reproduce:

Type "a" within the organisation dropdown, and scroll through the available organisations.
