New Feature Request: Supply statistics for Tableau #818

Marcus passed along a request for statistics from DMP to be emailed to an address, for ingest into the "Tableau dashboard" tool used by subgroups within The Alliance. This should happen regularly, perhaps scheduled on the last day of each month. (Maybe the first day of the month is easier to schedule, though?)

We discussed that this might use a query against the API.

In particular, this is distinct from #816, in that it's targeting data for Tableau; the other is for Marcus' KPI's.

@closenma We will need further discussion to set the requirements for this.

I've confirmed with RI that JSON will work, so we could develop a JSON solution to this. The numbers we're looking for are users, plans, institutional accounts in the last month/last year/ever, as well as a breakdown of plans by the template they've used (or maybe a top 10 plans, if this could be easily executed on that side, if not we can do this in Tableau).

If we need to follow up further, we can put on the agenda for sprint planning. @lagoan could we have someone take a look at how we'd need to query these?
