Template phase title missing under template overview when creating templates #955

Please complete the following fields as applicable:

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) Old screenshot/colour scheme was running v3.0 and new screenshot using current v4.2(?) Expected behaviour: When creating a template, name of phase should be listed as well as phase description under template overview.

Actual behaviour: When creating a new template with multiple phases, under the overview it used to have the phase title and then the description. Now it appears to only have the description, is this something that could be changed or was it a conscious decision to remove it?

Discovered this issue only occurs while there is no section or question in place. Once there is a section and a question saved the name of the phase does appear in the template overview. May not be something we need to fix, can discuss next meeting.
