Vote Problem -> Unable to connect to votesite.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I setup a Votesite with the admin panel.
2. Visit the Vote Section on the website.
3. Klick on the "Vote" button
4. And recieve the message:
Unable to connect to votesite. Please try again later.

I try many different votesites: No one works.

I was working the store system with the core version of 10830, but changing to 
10980 has stopped working.

Have downloaded the file for versions up to 10755 class.rasocket.php

:D very easy. Adding a vote link:

Hostname: Have to be www.host.com ! only www. without http:// ! Example 
www.mmorpgtoplist.com

Vote Link: http://host.com/link without www. and "/" at the end! example 
http://mmorpgtoplist.com/in.php?site=38654

Image Url: http://link without www. ! only http://

Points: 1/2/3/4/5 write a number example 1

Reset Time:  choose a Reset Time.. 12 hours for example. The end. If this don't 
work the vote host is offline or broken.

Alright, so I'm looking through the issue and when you try to vote it'll try to 
redirect to "yoururl.yourvotesite.info" I'm going to look into the php of the 
votesite and when I find the issue I'll post it to everyone.

Pretty easy fix. If you go into the table mw_vote_sites, add http:// before the 
votesite link and it will work after you do that. the www. will try to direct 
you to your site for some reason.
