What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ipn is added in C:.../www/ipn.php and the url is on paypal account
2. user pays and payment is recieved, ipn is sent from paypal.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect to see web points credited and a new entry in the 
mw_donate_transactions, no such entry.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win 7 64 bit, trinity (enabled in config)
