Clear notification icon can be misleading

Problem Description

The icon used to clear individual notifications inside Portainer can be misleading.

Consider the attached screenshot, an environment was updated and there is a trash icon next to it. Does this delete the newly updated environment? No it dismisses the notification but I had to double check it in fact did this.

This isn't an issue for other notifications but depending on the message, it can be confusing.

Expected Behavior

A clearer icon is used. Or a tooltip shows "Clear notification" etc.

Actual Behavior

Ambiguity.

1. Update an environment
2. Look at the notification produced
