How can I test this, or is it not ready for testing?

I'm very much still in the prototyping phase, but you can compile it on your system and give it a try :)

The app at the moment only does set some global settings and shows the same data shown by pw-top

Future planning includes the possibility to change the source and destination of sinks and audio sources, and to be able to control the volume independently.
