Serverless shopping cart

For the upcoming demo we would like to implement a serverless shopping cart.

The outstanding tasks for this are:

• [ ] Docker. Dockerize the Portals Server and Portals Client, expose the Portals Server, and connect the Portals Client to the Portals Server.
• [ ] Kubernetes. Create a Kubernetes deployment for the Portals Server.
• [ ] Connect to the deployed Portals Server (Kubernetes) using a local (non-kubernetes) Portals Client.
• [ ] Test that the application works.
• [ ] Document the application, write about it on the demo website (vldb2023demo).
