Edge-to-cloud SQL dataflow

For a demonstration of an edge-to-cloud workflow, the following tasks are to be completed for the SQL to Dataflow scenario, in the order listed below.

• [ ] SQL. Integrate the SQL functionality into Portals, and used it for the application.
• [ ] Application. Write the application code for the SQL to Dataflow using the Portals framework.
• [ ] Docker, Kubernetes. Create a Docker and Kubernetes deployment for the SQL to Dataflow application.
• [ ] Connect to the deployed SQL to Dataflow application using a local (non-kubernetes) Portals Client.
• [ ] Create a website which can be used to submit SQL queries to the SQL to Dataflow application.
• [ ] Test that the application works.
• [ ] Document the application, write about it on the demo website.
