Refresh rate is broken in H2R9 #1591

Using H2R9 and the audio app, tune in a know WFM station and see. The whole UI is lagging. This is not present in any version before. H2R9 is on the left (laggy display) H2R2 is on the right. My H1R2 is also working fine. I tend to say it's a LCD limitation or driver/configuration.

@NotherNgineer if you see somewhere a settings for R9 refresh rate :-)

Issue disappeared after a couple of weeks of updates.

Suspect for fixing it:

CPLD update / refresh
PMem Settings reset and SETTINGS directory cleaning
PR that fixed a bad offset for pmem on that device, so update to last stable or better, the nightly

Since no one is reporting the problem anymore, not even me, and that the solution is to follow the list I just gave, I'm closing the issue.
