Description of the feature you're suggesting.
scan app with instant reply option : if one of a frequency in set frequency range will become active portapack will RX on active frequency ( lets say play saved signal). This will be automatic with minimal delay or delay that can be adjusted.
Usage: if lets say someone abusing frequencies that have no rights transmit on this app could replay prerecorded message or beep ....
