fileman chooser is broken #2069

Describe the bug.

The fileman view used in apps to choose a file is broken, it looks like it's never returning on OK.

Reproduction

Launch Recon or Scanner, and try to change the input file / load a file.

Expected behavior

You click on a file, the nav returns and the app is using the filename
