Won' boot I can just see black screen #2170

What happened?

Firmware upgrade failed and device is no longer usable. I was able to disassemble the device, put it into DFU mode and download the firmware using dfu-util, but after that I am unable to get lsusb to recognize the device correctly.　I can't see the HackRF one in the device manager. Does anyone know how to solve this?
