Radiosonde Vaisala Support #2305

Description of the feature you're suggesting.

Is it possible to add decoding for the Vaisala Radiosondes. Particularly the RS92. Frequency at which these transmit is 1680ish. I’d like to see , temp, humidity, battery etc. when I run my Portapack H2 2.0.2 and the Vaisala Radiosonde its reads the type as a Meteomodem. ID:?, VBat 0.00mV, Frame 0, Temp …, and Humidity…
