Command failed #104

Behaviour

On launch, Brave Portable briefly displays a blank window, then crashes, resulting in a "Command failed" error.

Steps to reproduce this issue

  1. Install Brave Portable on a networked drive
  2. Launch Brave Portable

Configuration

App release / arch (ex. 1.0.0-2 win64) :

1.34.80-80 win64

Operating system (ex. Windows 10 Pro 64 bits) :

Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB version 1607

Looks like an issue with Brave and not portapps itself. Suggest to open an issue on https://github.com/brave/brave-browser
