Why is there a difference between Brave. exe and Brave-portable. exe?

I set brave-portable. exe as the main program and open the browser through brave-portable. exe, which is a bit slow but generates "Date" data. The portable wraps brave and makes it portable The brave.exe is the regular brave app, meaning by running it you dumped data all over your system just like you installed brave
