Error on run "unmarshal portapp-prev: Invalid Character '\x00'" #80

Behaviour

Steps to reproduce this issue

  1. System hangs
  2. Force shutdown system
  3. Discord portable corrupted [despite already being closed before system shutdown]
  4. Trying to overwrite with clean files from the github release continued the error
  5. Copying discord data to a clean folder, fixed the error.

Expected behaviour

App launches

Actual behaviour

App doesn't launch with error

Configuration

App release / arch (ex. 1.0.0-2 win64) : discord-portable-win32-1.0.9003-10.7z Operating system (ex. Windows 10 Pro 64 bits) : Windows 11 Enterprise x64 Winver screenshot : image
