2ndary market for bonds #254

0x's orderbook API seems like a decent option for selling our bonds OTC.

Few things I'm unsure about.

Can we sell any tokens we want? Seems like yes but need to confirm
Do they take any fees? Seems like no
Are there any frontends on top of the 0x orderbook that we can use as a base?
How exactly does paying for gas work? Seems like our protocol may be paying the gas fees
