As far as I remember it's up to you if you input a ratio 1 to to 10 or vice versa. It 's up to you.

I did try that, the historical pricing also got consolidated and calculations were messed up (was showing wrong performance and tax)
There is a split event but no Consolidation (which may be specific to ASX - ex: 10 shares are consolidated into 1). Need an ability to consolidate not split the shares, 10:1 for example not 1:10 as it's possible currently.
