Filters do not sync #2471

I don't know for sure, if this is a bug, but when creating custom filters for accounts (in my case: one excluded account) those probably do not get written in or loaded from a file. I created a filter on my notebook, set everything up and opened the file on my other machine. Each label showed the right filter but the data was wrong. Creating a filter with the same name on the second machine resulted in correct data.

Another question: How do filters in the classification category affect the data in the reports? Currently I don't see a solution to include a classification with one account (with some securities belonging to that classification) excluded in the reports.

Please ask support questions on the forums. This is not the right venue for that.

Another question:

Please don’t mix unrelated issues. Applies to the forums, too.

This was not intended to be a support question rather than a description of a problem with the data model. As far as I understood, filters are considered a UI thing but can be used to construct dashboards and reports. This leads to the mentioned behavior of breaking diagrams, reports etc. In my opinion this is a bug as the data file is not movable by itself without breaking it.
