When import csv file, fix window open but not allow to Fix as per screen shots #2595

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' csv import
  2. Click on '....'fix import negative stocks
  3. Scroll down to '....' but as per screen shots not active to fix it,
  4. See error

Duplicate of #2540 Root cause is that you've sold more than you've purchased. How you would like to fix it? Cancel your sell transaction?
