Portfolio Holdings currency set to base currency #4032

No strong opinion on this, but if comment https://github.com/portfolio-performance/portfolio/pull/3969#issuecomment-2103177058 is also applicable here, then I made a mistake using
portfolio.getReferenceAccount().getCurrencyCode()here.
