Re-evaluate the position of italian sub #8

I am unsure why an italian sub is ranked so highly. We should re-evaluate the algorithm to ensure this is correct.

We have been saying the algorithm needs work for a year now.... Gotta put this in the next sprint

@aanthonyrizzo i've been pondering. think we need to spin off a epic for this. Call it "Vinnie algorithm redesign"

This sounds like the algorithm is working as intended. Not a regression, all systems seem to be ok

@Porthorian please get working on this asap. I suggest long walks on the beach and staring out of a rainy bus window. Those are usually a good starting point for some low level re-evaluation.
