Let's get this off @jleclanche's box and onto DO. @onli has a spare droplet sitting around.

@onli This is suddenly more urgent, I've had a hardware failure which means my server is now unavailable. You shouldn't have an issue setting gitter-irc-bot but a special github account is needed for it - I've been using LXDE's, but at this point I would recommend creating one specific for letsauth and add it to the LA org.
