Description

This PR adds the ngrok package to the Nix profiles in the dotfiles repository.

Changes Made

Added ngrok package to the packages list in the home.nix file for the jorel profile.
Added ngrok package to the packages list in the home.nix file for the klong profile.

Testing

Tested the changes locally by building the Nix profiles and verifying that the ngrok package is successfully installed.
