Volume rendering #2

Via a surface SDF setting volume bounds, and the interior extinction and albedo. Not clear whether dispersive or not yet. Presumably volume interaction only occurs in the vacuum, not inside the media. Will need to have the user specify the maximum extinction, for Woodcock tracking.
