Selected Entry Improvement #47

Problems

  1. The selected entry could be more obvious.
  2. After first use the "[enter to load]" text is superfluous to requirements and clutters the UI.

    Proposed Solution

Reintroduce bold text for selected link. Add a line height so moving the selected link selection doesn't jiggle the UI.
