Video example #31

Hi, is it possible to have a video example in order to try StyTra and compare with our video quality? Thanks

Hello, What do you mean by video example? Examples of videos of freely-swimming or head-embedded fish? Do you want to compare video quality (this differs between setups, depending on whether it is in a microscope or not, camera models etc.) or tracking quality? Please provide more details so we can help you

Hello, thank you for the quick response and sorry for the non precise demand. I tried to do a tail tracking of a head-embedded fish and it doesn't work with StyTra. I wanted to compare with a video that you already tracked with the parameters that you give. So yes, I want to compare the video quality and I know that it depends on many parameters, but it is just to have a reference. Thank you for your help. Geoffrey Migault

Here is an example video: https://nextcloud.vil.im/s/6Pxe9Qw7BpYc7Cg It is perfectly tracked with the settings: Image scale 0.5 filter size 2 color invert on clip 140 25 segments window size 11

As this is not an issue with Stytra per se, I am closing it. Let us know if you encounter problems with using it.
