The code for AVT is currently outdated. These changes support the most recent codebase. Tested with a Allied Vision Technologies GigE Manta 223B NIR camera

Thanks a lot for this update! I will need to either support multiple version or update pymba in the lab setups before merging though. I hope it would not be a problem for you if this has to wait some days - I assume you're running stuff from your forked version?
