Link to download/install script is dead #55

It seems as if the links to download and install lcfs in the Readme aren't working. Has the project been mothballed?

I meet same error at centos7. 

# curl -fsSL http://lcfs.portworx.com/lcfs-setup.sh | sudo DEV=/dev/sdb bash
curl: (7) Failed connect to lcfs.portworx.com:80; Connection timed out
