Fix for the W3C check task #180

Hi again,

Here is a patch that fixes #179 by building the request URI in a slightly different, perhaps cleaner way (and also displays the full URL as it runs, which simplifies the code a little and IMHO makes more sense). At least it now validates my site correctly.

What do you think?

Actually I thought required URI location not only in the W3C validator, but also in the core of Acrylamid. But merged because I don't have much time for a deeper fix, thanks!
