Find `python-config` from PATH properly #1

Expecting python-config at the same directory as python executable would not be suitable if user is using virtualenv.

This patch should probably be posted for dbus upstream. I created this fork to make it so that something was available to install via pypi to suit my needs at the time.

That being said, looks good to me, so I'll merge into this tree.

Ah, sorry I was misunderstanding that you are the upstream author! I'll try to submit same patch to http://dbus.freedesktop.org/releases/dbus-python/
