Transmission rpc fixes #29

Finally getting around to revisiting #27 and following up on https://github.com/posborne/putio-sync/pull/28 by putting the stuff from @cedbossneo onto a branch. I ended up squashing down a few commits and fixing the emails on the original commits to point to @cedbossneo properly (looks like there may have been a slipup with the address on a few commits).

I'll probably have a few follow on commits based on code review before merging this to bring quality to a level I am happy with.

Seems to be working well, going ahead with the merge.
