Last time I tried since we updated the genotype-merging algorithm, I could observe a quite high memory footprint for fstats, but not an actual leak (so memory usage wouldn't go up during the program). @TCLamnidis, could you perhaps try again with the latest master? I will also try to create a toy example with many statistics (I've only tried with one so far)
