This is an important update for xerxes. First, it now links to the updated version of poseidon-hs (which hopefully will get merged in soon).
Second, it now has a white paper describing theory and implementation details of f-statistics. Chapters on frequency ascertainment and ras are left blank for now, as I want to wait until Lei and I have a preprint on rare variation out.
Third, it fixes a problem with bias-correction in F-statistics, now making use of the Genotype_Ploidy column in the Janno file. Xerxes now uses that information to correctly compute numbers of independent haplotypes, as used for the bias-correction formulae. This is now explained also in the white paper.
