CI will fail at the end of this month #246

Multiple of our GitHub action dependencies rely on an old API that will be deprecated at the end of this month, e.g. https://github.com/8c6794b6/hpc-codecov-action/issues/2

I suggest we wait for the maintainers to become active and fix this. If the actions do not get fixed, then we have to replace them. For now I want to avoid this work, though.

This was fixed -- at least for hpc-codecov-action. I close this, because the action obviously works.
