does sending files in teams working or no? #106

Teams does not officially support file uploads from a bot yet. The is experimental support if you enable developer preview in Teams and mark the bot and supporting file uploades via the bot manifest.

I have some of the process already coded but need to finish and test.

@tarabishy2020 Not currently. I haven't dug into if Microsoft made the process easier. Last time I looked the process was pretty convoluted.
