Updated docs to remove setting runtime ~1

• [Docs] Removed the Az CLI commands to set the runtime to v1 of the runtime worker.
• [Docs] Updated the App Studio screenshot to show the new layout.

Motivation and Context

This updates the docs on how to deploy the Teams backend using the v2 of the runtime worker.

How Has This Been Tested?

This PR is just a docs change on this repo so no code changes. Testing has been performed as part of: https://github.com/poshbotio/TeamsWebhook/pull/2
