Add example for Event Trigger #55

It would be nice to have an Event Trigger example in the documentation (Triggers.md) so newcomers like myself can understand how that works.

Any update on this? I'd really like something too. I am having trouble figuring it out and we would like the ability to edit a message once someone "reacts" to it as one example.

@devblackops I was just browsing around here and noticed that in the documents you updated you had a typo you spelled in your example commands "Reaction" as "Reacion". Super miner, just thought i'd bring it up in case someone copied that example and it wasn't working for them.
