Phantom Roll tables render poorly in dark mode #36

Added the following CSS classes:

.phantomroll
.lucky
.unlucky
.bust
.plus

Once the CSS changes work through the cache, add classes as needed to the individual Roll pages and drop all their hardcoded colors.
