Use file system to persist cache and write data to DB with username

Use file system to persist cache (#32)
Prefix all DB table names with username (#33)
For samedwardes get data from 2020, for all other users get data from March 2024
Add recommended extensions to notebook 1 (#31)
Add link to venv/uv document to notebook 1 (#30)
