Linux: tools for verifying / installing required system dependencies #172

Packages I needed to install (on Ubuntu 22.04): libsecret-1-dev, libxkbfile-dev, libsodium-dev.

I'm not sure what system dependencies I already had to satisfy these, though. It'd be nice if we made installation + verification of these dependencies part of a preinstall step.
