Starting a dash app can show an erroneous error message #5306

System details:

Positron and OS details:

Positron Version: 2024.12.0 (Universal) build 12 OSX

Interpreter details:

Python 3.10.12

Describe the issue:

When starting a dash app, the following dialog can temporarily show up before the app starts:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Run the Dash Py Example several times until the issue repros

Expected or desired behavior:

Dash app opens without warnings.

Were there any error messages in the UI, Output panel, or Developer Tools console?

There is a fair amount of noise in the console, but I am not sure the issue is related.
