Feature Request: make overall notebook execution time available via UI #5353

Describe the issue:

Currently it is not easy to compare notebook execution time between Jupyter and Positron because Positron does not indicate the overall notebook execution time like Jupyter does.

It would be very helpful if we could push this feature request through quickly for benchmarking/comparison purposes.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Run a notebook (all cells)
  2. Look for overall execution time

Expected or desired behavior:

Overall execution time is available from the UI

Were there any error messages in the UI, Output panel, or Developer Tools console?
