Add title into Publishing Logs header

Currently says:

Publishing to <server URL>

It would be an improvement to have the title, especially since this is only available for a particular deployment

Publishing <title> to <sever URL>

Backend needs to include title in the Publishing Start message to make this happen. Currently sends URL.
