Extension stuck on "Scanning folder..." on VSCode version `1.90.0` #1803

The VSCode 1.90.0 changelog doesn't appear to have any changes to extensions mentioned that would cause this issue.

After some debugging it looks like the server is not starting. The localhost:port location is not navigable like it was in previous versions.

Note

VSCode 1.90.0 is using a new version of Node (20) so maybe its just a matter of updating dependencies? Will have to dig further.

I attempted to disable all other extensions to see if the issue persisted, it does.

Verified that this is no longer occuring.
