To give a more familiar flow for RStudio IDE users, and an alternative when navigating nested projects we can add a deploy button on open files we deem entrypoints.
When the button is clicked:
if a Deployment with that file as the entrypoint does not exist the create flow will start with that entrypoint selected
If there is a single Deployment with that entrypoint set in the Deployment's Configuration it will become selected in the sidebar
If there are more Deployments then we will prompt the user to select one
