Recursively fetch configs and deployments in views

Shows all Configurations and Deployments in their respective views.

Note that without the fix in #1938 you will get an error if you have no Configurations or Deployments.

Intent

Part of #1843 and the Nested Folder work in #1849 (although this is outside of the home view, but will help with debugging)
