Configure as a Default Positron Extension #343

Add an entry to the following file to configure the extension as a built-in.

Therefore, we may need to determine an alternative approach for the alpha release if we absolutely don't want the extension to be publically available. Otherwise, we can push to Open VSX and mark it as a pre-release artifact.
