The Dynamic UI exercises (Section 4) appear below the Reactive Effects exercises (Section 5) in the course navigation. This makes it harder for students to follow along with the instructional content, which follows the correct order.

This bug was inherited by the Talk Python to Me course.

This one is weird because the order is correct in our repo:

but incorrect in the TPTM repo (whose issue tracker is not available for me to open an issue):
